Shipping was quicker than I expected, and the box showed up in perfectly fine shape. I kind of regret waiting so long to place the order since everything went smoothly.

I grabbed the protection plan for my washer, mostly expecting it to be one of those things you pay for and never use. Naturally, a few months later the washer had a small issue, because of course it did. I filed the claim online and, weirdly enough, it was painless. No endless runaround, no mystery hoops to jump through. menards made the whole thing easy, and I’d probably add the plan again for bigger purchases...

I placed a special order sometime in early May, or maybe it was late April, and it did eventually come in. The main issue was that the updates were sparse, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. Pickup was also a little confusing when I got there. It worked out in the end, but it took longer than I expected.

Grabbed a floor sander from Menards for the weekend. Pickup was quick, they showed me enough to get going, and it did the job. Dropping it back off was easy too. No complaints.

I’ve shopped on Menards a bunch of times when I need random stuff for the house, they usually have more options than I expect. Tools, paint, yard supplies, little screws and parts I didn’t even know the name of, it’s all kind of there.

The website is easy to browse, and I like being able to compare sizes and brands without driving around to three different stores. I will say I’m a little suspicious when something looks like too good of a deal, so I usually check the details closely before ordering.
It’s not exactly exciting to say, but the variety really does help. Most of the time I end up finding what I need, even if I spend a few extra minutes making sure I’m not missing some catch

I grabbed a few 2x4s and some plywood from Menards for some garage shelves, i was happy with what I got. The boards were straight and not all banged up, which was a relief because I was expecting to have to sort through a ton of bad ones, you know? Everything cut clean and went together fine, so I feel like I made the right call. The price seemed fair too, at least compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. I’d definitely buy lumber there again.

Stopped by Menards today getting in and out was painless. The parking lot was easy to navigate, and I found a spot close to the entrance without having to circle around forever.

The entrance was wide and easy to get through with a cart, and the aisles were mostly open, which made shopping feel less annoying than it can at some stores. I did notice a few items that made me wonder a bit about the quality, so I’d probably look things over closely before buying anything major.
Checkout was quick, and leaving was just as easy. Overall it was a smooth trip, mostly because parking, shopping, and getting out didn’t turn into a hassle.

The install itself turned out okay, but the whole scheduling part was kind of messy. I felt a little pressured to make times work even when it wasn’t super convenient, and it ended up taking longer than I expected. Overall decent job, just not the smoothest experience.

Menards is close to my place, so that part is convenient. But the hours can be kind of a pain and don’t always line up with my schedule. It’s not a bad store overall, but whoever decided they shouldn’t stay open a little later some nights is a real genius. I’d probably stop in more if the hours weren’t so inconvenient

I’m at the Menards pro desk often for job orders, they’ve been decent overall. I don’t usually have a ton of faith in customer service anywhere, so I’m always half expecting a runaround, but most of the people up there actually know where things are and can get you what you need without wasting a bunch of time. Last time I did have to wait longer than I wanted, but once someone got to me, they handled it. Seems like they could really use one more person at the desk, but overall it’s been a good experience.

I was trying to order a few things for a small project and figured I’d just hop on the menards site real quick while I had my list in front of me. I did end up finding what I needed, so it worked out in the end, but getting there was more annoying than I expected. The search results were kind of all over the place, and a couple of times the filters I picked didn’t seem to stay put. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely felt clunkier than it needed to be.

I’ve been happy with the prices so far. It feels like you get solid value for the money, which is what you want, right?

Checking out on menards was no hassle at all. My cart updated like it should, payment went through quick, and the pickup options were easy to figure out. Simple experience, which is really all I was looking for.

I had trouble figuring out the right part for my sink, and the guy in plumbing actually took the time to help me sort it out, which I really appreciated. You know how sometimes you feel rushed in stores? This wasn’t like that at all. Checkout was friendly too. it’s just nice to get decent help when you need it. I’d definitely shop here again.

I had to return a shelf part that didn’t fit, and it was simple. The store staff checked it over quick, quick, and the refund showed up a couple days later. Waiting in line wasn’t great, but overall it wasn’t a big deal...

I ordered online it was quick and easy. Maybe I’m just not picky about these things, but the whole process seemed straightforward to me.

Menards is usually decent, so maybe I just had bad luck, but the online inventory said they had 6 in stock and when I got to the store I couldn’t find any. I even wondered if I was looking in the wrong spot, but the staff tried to help too and still couldn’t track them down. Not the worst experience or anything, just kind of frustrating. I think the stock updates could be a little more accurate

I know some people don’t like dealing with rebates, but i don’t mind it because the checks have always come through for me. They do take a little while, so you have to be patient, but the mail-in process is easy enough. I figure if I’m already buying the stuff, I might as well send it in and get some store credit back.

I’ve picked up a few things from Menards recently, and so far the quality seems decent. The boards I got were mostly straight, the paint mixed without any issues, and the shelves felt a bit sturdier than I was expecting. Nothing too fancy, but everything has held up well enough and did what I needed it to do. I’d probably buy from them again.
